The available resource materials and structure of the assessments have been designed alongside whole schemes of work to deliver the National Curriculum for music at KS1 and KS2. The structure aims to ensure all pupils perform, listen to, review and evaluate music across a range of historical periods, genres, styles and traditions, including the works of many familiar, new and exciting composers and musicians.
