This delivery and return policy governs the terms under which our digital services are provided and outlines the procedures for any return requests. By paying the registration fees for music examinations, you agree to the terms and conditions below.
SERVICE DELIVERY
Description of Services:
The services offered consist of registration fees for music examinations organized by our institution. These are digital services and include access to assessments specific to the selected level.Payment Confirmation:
After completing the payment, you will receive a confirmation email containing the details of the purchased service, the selected level, and other relevant information. Please carefully review the details in this email. If you do not receive the confirmation email within 24 hours, please contact us at office@music4allschool.ro.Access to the Service:
Once payment is confirmed, your registration will be processed, and access to the examination will be guaranteed according to the rules and schedule established by the organizer.
RETURN POLICY
Non-Refundable Digital Services:
Paid registration fees are non-refundable due to the digital nature of the services and the immediate processing of the registration.Exceptions:
Refund requests will be considered only in exceptional cases, such as:- Severe technical issues preventing access to the examination and which cannot be resolved.
- Examination cancellation by the organizer.
In such cases, the request must be accompanied by clear evidence and sent via email to office@music4allschool.ro. The organizer reserves the right to evaluate each case individually and decide whether a refund is justified.How to Submit a Request:
To submit a refund request, please send an email containing:- The full name of the registered individual.
- The name of the selected course/examination.
- Proof of payment.
- The reason for the refund request, along with supporting documents.
Incomplete requests or those without a valid justification will be rejected.
OTHER DETAILS
Changing Registration Details:
If you wish to change the selected level after payment, please contact our team within 48 hours of payment confirmation. Any changes will be approved based on availability.Payment Refusal:
The organizer reserves the right to deny access to the examination if the payment is not successfully completed or if there are suspicions of fraud.Contact Information:
